A seasoned professional with over 20 years of industry experience specializing in the performing and fine arts, Adrienne has a proven track record of building brands and crafting/executing strategies with a modern, fresh and multi-faceted approach. In addition to her work with Sounding Point, Adrienne still actively performs as a freelance violinist and regularly produces concert series and events.
Adrienne is an active participant in many classical and new music outreach initiatives. From 2017-2019, she co-produced the annual 10-Hour Bach Marathon at Union Station – an all-volunteer, immersive celebration of Bach’s music, engaging hundreds of local musicians and drawing thousands of audience members each year. She is proud to be a member of Art Share L.A.'s Performing Arts committee. Adrienne strives to bring enthusiasm, authenticity and heart to all of her projects, with the cornerstones of progress, expansion and inclusion in mind. She believes that with community and collaborative synergy, anything can be accomplished.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys playing chamber music with friends, drinking iced coffee, and spending time with her fur babies.
Amanda previously worked for the LA Phil in audience development and insights, and now works in media and entertainment market research. She trained as a classical trombonist at the University of Texas at Austin and has a master’s in public diplomacy from the University of Southern California.
TJ Sclafani is an arts administrator and composer currently based in New York, NY. He is currently a communications coordinator with Sounding Point and also works as a public relations consultant for the Resonance Collective, both based in Los Angeles. He has previously worked in various communications capacities with the New York Philharmonic, Voices of Ascension, See-A-Dot Music Publishing, CalArts, and Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Before his career in arts administration, TJ taught music to K-5 students at West Creek Academy in Santa Clarita, CA, and also served as an AmeriCorps Scholar in 2018, where he taught beginning music and music production to students at Dorsey High School in Los Angeles.
He has an MFA in music composition from CalArts and a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. In his spare time, TJ likes watching basketball, hiking, and working on various audio production projects.
Allyson Adams is an arts administrator and dancer from Moorpark, California. Since taking dance classes at a young age, she has enjoyed connecting with others through music and movement. These same qualities invigorate her professional life. In her own creative projects and now at Sounding Point, Allyson's mission is to cultivate environments for others to commune with one another and share their boldest ideas.
She received a BA in World Arts and Cultures-Dance at UCLA in 2017. She enjoys gardening, reading, and thrifting.
Angelica Rowell (she/her) is a modern day renaissance woman with 8 years of experience as a freelance social media manager, content creator, and copywriter. She’s managed social media pages for Pulitzer Prize winning composers and arts nonprofits alike. Her marketing and artistic ideology is focused on finding the humanity in all things and creating a more equitable and educated world.
As a creative, Angelica has sung as a session singer on the soundtrack for Avatar 2: The Way of Water and as a featured soloist for the LA Philharmonic’s centennial commision by Pulitzer Prize winner, Ellen Reid; performed in musicals and operas, including The Industry’s acclaimed Sweet Land, debuted various plays with theatre companies across Los Angeles, and co-wrote two episodes on AMC Allblk’s TV show, SNAP. She is also a member of Los Angeles’ premier women’s choir, VOX Femina and Grammy Award-winning social justice choir, Tonality.
In addition to her creative work, Angelica has guest lectured at universities, led and created social justice based workshops for adults and youth, is a founding member of the arts non-profit Black Light Arts Collective (BLAC), and serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant on Bay Area-based theater company, Poison Apple. She holds bachelor’s degrees in theatre and classical voice from the University of California, Irvine.
